چکیده
Apoptosis has attracted great attention in the last two decades and number of publications related to apoptosis been growing exponentially. The revolution that occurred research is a direct result better understanding genetic program biochemical mechanisms apoptosis. not only common normal event but also essential for growth development organisms. In adult, mostly abnormal, its absence or failure cancer cells obtain immortality by escaping this type cell death. works synergistically intrinsic extrinsic pathways. first pathway initiated itself response stress. second via death receptors stimulated immune system. This review an attempt answer questions like: Why important study? How undergo apoptosis? What controls decision between life death? Which cellular events could cause control be impaired? literature cited below shows some sort unity scientific community on necessity sophisticated balance “pro-survival” “pro-death” forces ensure happiness multicellular organisms

The role of p53, the original "guardian of the genome", in skin has remained elusive. We have explored p53 function in human epidermal cells and demonstrated the importance of a mitosis-differentiation checkpoint to suppress potentially precancerous cells. This model places epidermal endoreplication as an antioncogenic mechanism in the face of irreparable genetic alterations.
